When will my order ship?

All items are made to order. Our current production time is within 1 - 3 business days. This may change depending on our order volume, along with the time of the year. Any changes will clearly be provided on our website. Please know production time does not include the shipping time.

How will I know my order has shipped?

An email will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be provided for reference to check the delivery status of your order. Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS. Please contact us if you have any issues receiving your order.

Can I change my order before it ships?

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours, to make any changes or corrections to your order. Unfortunately, we're unable to reclaim a package once it has shipped and is in-transit to its destination.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your order. With our approval, most items can be returned in their original condition and packaging. We are currently unable to accept returns on used items, including cartilage / nose hoops for hygienic reasons. Please see our Returns page for complete return exclusions and information.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one code can be used per order. Select promotional codes are automatically applied to your Shopping Bag. Otherwise, any discount code must be entered at checkout and applied before the order has been confirmed. 

To add a discount code to your order: Enter the code in the "Discount code" field when placing your order. Click "Apply to have the discount applied to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

For convenience, multiple payment options are available when placing an order. The following payment methods are accepted:

Amazon Pay

Shop Pay

Can I pay for my order in installments?

Yes. With Shop Pay Installments, you can split your eligible purchase into 4 easy payments.

How It Works:

1.) Add Items To Your Shopping Bag

2.) Check Out With Shop Pay

3.) Choose To Pay In 4 Installments

The first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. An email reminder will be sent before each payment to remind you.
