Canadian Buyers: As of November 2024, we have suspended shipping orders to Canada due to the ongoing Canada Post strike. We hope to resume shipping once an agreement is reached.

- 1 - 2 Business Days ..... Orders by Standard Shipping
- The Next Business Day ..... Orders by Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express)
✧ We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and US Holidays.
- Our Production Time is the number of business days it takes for us to prepare and process orders before they can be shipped.
- Production Time does not include Shipping Transit Time, which is the number of days it takes the shipping carrier (USPS) to deliver your order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN THE USA:
- USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Shipping): Estimated Delivery 3 to 7 Business Days
- USPS Priority Mail (Expedited Shipping): Estimated Delivery 2 to 5 Business Days
- USPS Priority Mail Express (Expedited Shipping): Estimated Delivery 1 to 2 Business Days
ORDERS TO CANADA (Temporary suspended as of November 2024 due to Canada Post strike):
- USPS International (Standard Shipping): Estimated Delivery 8 to 15 Business Days
- USPS Priority International Mail (Expedited Shipping): Estimated Delivery 6 to 10 Business Days
- Customs processing may cause delays, resulting in a longer delivery time.
NON-USA BUYERS - CUSTOMS/ DUTY FEES / VAT FEES:
- Customs forms are printed directly from your order with the full purchase price displayed, and are automatically marked "merchandise" not gift. International orders will not be marked as "gift" in order to undervalue its contents. It is illegal under US law to alter or falsify this information.
- Possible import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item's price or shipping cost, and any fees are of the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local government prior to purchase regarding duty policies in what is allowed or prohibited to enter into your country, or if there will be any possible fees, tax, or insurance issues.
- If the buyer's package is refused at customs due to their country's policies, and the package is sent back for return, a refund will be issued for the purchase amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
▶︎ TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
- All orders include a tracking number for reference.
- Please allow 24 to 36 hours for tracking updates once an order has shipped. Packages may show "Pre-Transit" status 1 to 2 days after shipping.
- USPS will update the tracking information once the package has been scanned en-route to the next processing facility or at the destination mail center.

- All orders include tracking information to allow you to check the delivery status of your order.
- Packages may be delayed by USPS. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- If you experience shipping or delivery issues, please contact us for assistance.
- Please ensure you provide a safe address for shipping.
- Signature Confirmation as an insurance option can be requested prior to ordering.
- If theft occurs after confirmed delivery, stolen mail claims may be filed with local law enforcement. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
