Refund policy

▶︎ CANCELLATION

Due to the handmade nature of our items, orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order. Once processing / production of your order has started, your order cannot be cancelled.

▶︎ SALES TAX

For buyers in Louisiana, the state sales tax rate of 5% will be charged.

▶︎ RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible for return approval. Items must be returned within 30 days from when your package is delivered.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage or alternation
  • Items must be returned by mail in the original packaging (box, pouch, cloth, jewelry card or tags, complimentary items)
  • Returns are accepted on unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Earrings (Due to Sanitary Reasons)
  • Cartilage Hoops, Nose Hoops, Body Jewelry (Due to Sanitary Reasons)
  • Faux Nose Jewelry (Due To Sanitary Reasons)
  • Personalized or Custom Orders
  • Gift Cards

▶︎ RETURN PROCESS

  1. Once your order has been approved for a return, please pack your item(s) carefully to avoid damage during shipping, and include the order invoice for reference, along with the original packaging.
  2. Returns can be sent by USPS Mail with tracking.
  3. After we have received your package, please allow 7 business days for processing. A refund for the purchase amount will then be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items that appear to have been worn, damaged, or altered will either be denied or subject to a restocking fee that will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded to the buyer. 

Unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender.

▶︎ EXCHANGES / REPAIRS / ALTERATIONS:

Please contact us if you would like to exchange for the same item in a different color, length or size. Buyers are responsible for shipping their item back to us. 

▶︎ ORDER DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

We strive to ensure your items are packaged safely for shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact as soon as possible for replacement.

  • All orders include tracking information to allow you to check the delivery status of your order.
  • Packages may be delayed by USPS. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
