If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for return approval. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN:

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition without signs of wear, damage or alternation
  • Items must be returned by mail in the original packaging (box, pouch, cloth, jewelry card or tags, complimentary items)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Earrings (Due to Sanitary Reasons)

  • Cartilage Hoops, Nose Hoops, Body Jewelry (Due to Sanitary Reasons)

  • Faux Nose Jewelry (Due To Sanitary Reasons)

  • Personalized or Custom Orders

  • Gift Cards

▶︎ RETURN PROCESS

  1. Once your order has been approved for a return, please pack your item(s) carefully to avoid damage during shipping, and include the order invoice for reference, along with the original packaging.

  2. Returns can be sent by USPS Mail with tracking.

  3. After we have received your package, please allow 7 business days for processing. A refund for the purchase amount will then be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Returned items that appear to have been worn, damaged, or altered will either be denied or the loss in value will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded to the buyer. 

▶︎ EXCHANGES / REPAIRS / ALTERATIONS:

Please contact us if you would like to exchange for the same item in a different color, length or size. Buyers are responsible for shipping their item back to us.
