This large endless hoop is made in your choice of gauge size and inner diameter. Can be worn in the ear as a conch or large cartilage/ earlobe piercing. Alternatively, can be worn in the nose as a large septum hoop. Available in Sterling Silver, Gold Filled or Rose Gold Filled.

Gauge sizes (wire hoop thickness) range from thick to ultra thin to include 16 gauge (extra thick), 18 gauge (thick), 20 gauge (standard) or 22 gauge (thin). Inner diameter size ranges in millimeters from 10mm (large), 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm to 15mm (largest).

General Sizing:

• Conch - 10mm, 11mm, 12mm; A larger size will result in a looser fit.
• Large Helix Hoop - 10mm
• Large Septum Hoop - 10mm

The size of the hoop needed will vary from person to person. Please measure for the right fit.

How To Measure:

For sizing, it's best to measure the distance between the piercing hole and the edge of the ear (inner diameter) where the bottom or edge of the hoop would rest. This would also apply to a nose piercing.

To Open: Gently twist the ends in the opposite direction at the same time to open and close. Avoid pulling the hoop open, as this causes the hoop to lose its shape. A bit more effort is required to open and close the 16 gauge hoop, since it is thicker.
