How To Measure:

For sizing, it's best to measure the distance between the piercing hole and the edge of the ear (inner diameter) where the bottom or edge of the hoop would rest.

How To Wear: Gently twist the ends in the opposite direction at the same time to open and close. Avoid pulling the hoops open, as this causes the hoops to lose their shape.
